This website shows Lisann Weber's music, dates and videos. It uses no analytics tools and no advertising, and sets no cookies while you read.

When you visit. No third-party services on loading: fonts and images come from our server at Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg (processor). The access log contains time, method, path, status, size and duration, no IP address and no browser name, and is kept for 14 days. The error logs name the IP address when an error occurs and are kept for no more than 14 days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation).

Videos and Reels. We load YouTube and Instagram posts only when you click on them; until then you see a still image from our server. After the click, your browser loads the post from Google Ireland Ltd. (youtube-nocookie.com) or Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (instagram.com). These providers receive your IP address and use their own technologies, including transfer to the USA; their privacy rules apply; both base the transfer to the USA on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you end by reloading the page; this does not affect processing up to that point.

Enquiry to Lisann. Sending an enquiry is voluntary. To send it we need your name and email address; the form cannot be sent without them; everything else is optional. If you write using the form, your details (name, email address, date, occasion, selected tunings, text) go by email to Lisann Weber and as a copy to support@wilhelmswerk.de, through our server's mail queue. Lisann's mailbox is hosted by IONOS SE (Montabaur), ours by netcup GmbH (Karlsruhe, processor). The email and the log contain no IP address. To prevent abuse, the server counts enquiries per IP address in working memory only, without storing them. After one hour an entry no longer counts and disappears with the next enquiry or a restart. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the email once the enquiry is dealt with and no retention duty applies.

Handpan Music in the browser and your account. These are covered by the Handpan Music privacy policy, for now in German only. Once you have signed in, your browser remembers this in its storage (localStorage). Without this entry, the other pages do not contact our server; “My Music”, “Account” and “Redeem code” always do when opened, because their content depends on it. As described there, the server keeps these requests in its log with your IP address for seven days, to fend off attacks and find faults.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability (Art. 15 to 18, 20), objection to processing under point (f) (Art. 21), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)): support@wilhelmswerk.de. Complaints can be made to the data protection authority of Lower Saxony (LfD Niedersachsen).
