Terms for Cards

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is the binding one.

1. Seller. Lisann Weber and Peer Jansen, Am Sölenborn 9, 37085 Göttingen, Germany, support@lisannweber.com.

2. What the card is. The card unlocks the content named on it (song or book) once for one account. What you may do with it is set out in the Terms of Use. The card itself contains no sheet music and is not a voucher for an amount of money.

3. Redeeming. Open the address on the card, sign in or create a free account and enter the code. After that the content is valid in the browser as soon as you are signed in there. You need a suitable device for this and internet access when redeeming. The card does not expire. Once redeemed it cannot be transferred to another account. If you delete the account, the content unlocked through it is gone for good.

4. Proof. The card with its serial number is your proof; keep it until you redeem it; after that the confirmation email is your proof.

5. Returns. You can return an unredeemed card within 14 days of purchase, to Lisann Weber or by email to support@lisannweber.com with a photo of the card; you get the purchase price back and we block the card. This is voluntary and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Loss. We cannot replace a lost card if someone has already redeemed it. Get in touch with the serial number and we will block it. Anyone who redeems someone else’s card or a card obtained by abuse loses the right again.
