Which handpan are the songs for? For the D Kurd 10 tuning. Much of it also works on a D Kurd 9.

How do I play a song? Open a song and choose “Play”. It runs in the browser, you install nothing. Free songs work without an account.

Do I have to create an account? Not for free songs. For books and songs that you redeem with a card, yes: they are valid wherever you are signed in.

How do I redeem a card? Open the address on the card, sign in or create a free account and enter the code. Upper or lower case and hyphens don’t matter. After that you will find the content under “My Music”. More is in the Terms for Cards.

Card lost, or want to return it? Write to us with the serial number and we will block it. You can return an unredeemed card within 14 days of purchase.

Is my practice progress transferred? No. It stays in this browser, because people often practise different things on different devices.

Forgot your password? Have a code sent to you by email, sign in with it and choose a new password.

No email with the code arrives. Check your spam folder and the spelling. The code is valid for ten minutes.

How do I delete my account? Under “Account”, then “Delete account”. What you have unlocked with cards is gone for good afterwards.

The sheet music won’t load. Check your internet connection and choose “Try again”. If that doesn’t help, write to us.
